In the course of my career, I have helped over 200 human rights professionals, like you, to navigate a career in human rights. I’ve also given careers talks at universities and other educational institutions globally on how to pursue a career in human rights. I am also happy to offer group coaching workshops.
I’m here to help you turn your purpose and passion into a fulfilling human rights career.
Here’s how I helped Ansha:

“Vicki's support in my human rights career journey has been invaluable. Even though we spent limited time together, she was incredibly attentive, went above and beyond by responding to my questions and providing her input at very short notice.
I highly recommend Vicki to anyone who is feeling stuck in their career journey. She's incredible!
Eternally grateful.”
Here’s how I helped Idil:

Her contributions to my CV and motivation letter were so beneficial that they immediately increased the success of my applications.I definitely recommend working with Vicki if you are seeking your way in the human rights world. I feel so fortunate to have had the chance to meet and learn from her.”
